Selling wines on a sale or return basis
* Sale of your collection? * Purchased just too much? * Disappointed from auction results? * Low offer for your selection? We offer your wines on our internet platform!1. We agree on the listed items and prices.2. We agree on the best way of shipping. 3. After we received your goods your work is done. 4. We click the photos of the goods, check them and offer them on our web site. 5. You will receive a fixed price with no hidden fees after the goods are sold. 6. We take a reasonable 19 % margin of the sales price. From our margin we pay: a) Producing the photos b) Including the goods into our database an publish them c) Advertising in web based price search engines d) Miscellaneou marketing measures e) Deductions of the selling price (credit card fees, Paypal and others) f) Value added tax on the margin of wine and wine g) Shipping which is not cost covering h) Withdrawel Right and Implied Warranty i) If necessary return of the goods from the customer Please understand that below a minimum value of the prducts offered of 500 Euros and if the relation of the value of the goods and the number of items is not reasonable we reserve the right of refusing the offer. If the goods are not sold within 6 months they will be offered with a special discount of 7 % for further 6 months. If the goods are not sold after these 6 months either we agree on the conditions to list them further or to ship them back. Deferring conditions and clauses can be agreed upon on commen consent.
